Our Policy Regarding Registration Fees or Charitable Donations Paid by Credit Card
In the case of a duplicate transaction or incorrect amount being charged to your account please email info@tourdelyme.org or write: Tour de Lyme at PO Box 1002, Old Lyme CT 06371with the particulars for an adjustment credit or refund.
Event registration fees for Tour de Lyme may only be refunded or amended within 48 hours of the event.
Our Privacy Statement
We collect email and postal information from participants and donors to keep them informed of Tour de Lyme news and future events. We do not sell or give our lists to others.
We reserve the right to publish lists of our participants and donors. Donors may ask to remain anonymous by checking the appropriate box on remittance envelopes, on-line donation pages or by sending an email to info@tourdelyme.org
